I don't think the answer can come out so easily. Potala is so famous!

I half believe its Songzanglin Si in Zhongdian.

It is not as famous as Potala Palace but you cannot take picture inside the Potala, can you?? and it is in the 'southwest'

though I do not recall this wall...here is entrance to Songzanglin Si

This one is quite difficult since there are many monasteries in Tibet. Here is another hint for you all: this monastery belongs to Gelugpa (also called Yellow Hat Sect).
