GUEST67435	If you marry a Chinese lady you will apply for an annual residence permit which obviously must be renewed every year. You cannot work with this permit. Unless you are a very valuable assett to China (big investor or head of large company) it is unlikely that you would get permanent residency, but you can apply after 5 years.

Due to that, it delayed my visa and later the c.u.a.c mailed me that school registration was over so unless next academic year 2012, meanwhile i was issued X visa [000 number. of stay] and to enter before 30Dec. 2011. I am confused now and don't know to do next

Contact the school and ask when the school registration will begin in 2012. If it begins in September, it will be useless even you enter China.

hello i have been in china for the past 8 years.i have been working as a foreign expert in the field of education and culture for the past seven years.i am also married to a chinese and we have a son .we have been married for six years and our son is four years old.i want to know what documents i need for aplying for a green card.for i was told to bring a house license but the house we bought,is still without licence ,and the company said we should wait since it is a new building.is there any way to help me out on what to do?thanks
