I agree with Kevin, killing some chickens to frighten the monkeys. In most cases in China, those corrputed officials were punished too lightly. They will lose their party membership and be sentenced for several years' imprisonment if they commit corruption. Personally, I think that it is a bit light. That's why those monkeys are not afraid of the chicken's blood. More severe punishments need to be imposed on them.

Paul is right. Killing some chickens can frighten the monkeys, but there are too many monkeys. And the monkeys are immune to chickens' blood. I guess that they have got used to it.
