According to a scientific research made by the psychologists and sociologists, food can influence people's characters. Here are some examples, people who do not have stable emotions must eat too much sour food and lack vitamines B and C. People who are irresolute must lack the vitamines and amino acids. People who are cussed must like the meat and high-fat food.

Therefore, those experts advise that the young boys and girls can get rid of their weaknesses in their characters and mold their perfect characters by eating. If it is good to you, why not have a try?

Excellent Zine!

If life could only be broken down into simple solutions (i.e. proper diet and exercise) then the fitness boom would be exploding. Diet does affect people's emotions, but the human brain is so sophisticated and diverse that I doubt that eating proper nutrition will help all young boys and girls to "get rid of their weaknesses". The environment (i.e the air we breathe, the water we drink, sun, moon and stars) also have a profound impact on our psychological well-being.

Not to mentions are genes and genetic deficiencies.

Wind, it is the research that has proved that some food can help perfect their characters. I admit that there are many factors that play very important roles in molding your characters, such as genes, living environment, parents’ influence and their ways of teaching etc. Perhaps, food is one of them. As a Chinese saying goes, 江山易改,秉性难移. In English, it means that it is easy to change the rivers and mountains but hard to change a person’s nature. If you want to change your character, you have to make great efforts and whether you can succeed or not is still a question. To judge whether the food has the function or not, you just need to have a try. Here are some ‘prescriptions’ for different people.

No.1

People who are emotionally disturbed should eat more alkaline foods, such as soybean, spinach, milk, peanut, crab, yolk and potato. If you are bad-tempered, you’d better have vegetarian diet.

No.2

People who are irresolute should get the habit of eating meat and fresh vegetables and fruits, and some food containing much Vitamins A, B and C.

No.3

People who are suspicious should eat more high-protein food, such as pork and beef, and dairy products.

No.4

People who are fretted should supplement the vitamin and calcium as well as animal proteins. Also they should have insipid diet.

No.5

People who are pessimistic and always rely on others should avoid the food contains much sugar, such as cakes and coke. They should eat pork, mutton, fish and soybean that contain much calcium and vitamin B1.

No.6

People who are negligent should eat carrot, field snail, chicken’s liver, cabbages, haricot, chili, balsam pear and tomato. Meat should be avoided.

No.7

People who are beef-witted should eat more vegetables containing vitamins A and B, and high-calcium food. Kelp is a must because it is good for your brain.

No.8

People who are self-centered should avoid sugar and salt and eat fish, carrot and other meats and vegetables.
