forget something :

1,shanghai and yiwu are cold ,but no snow ,it's sunny.good weather for travel .pls don't worry of that!

I would expect your friend to get through Pudong airport at around 2000 or 2030. It'll take around 1 hour to get to Shanghai South train station, so she might be able to catch the Z27/Z26 if she's not delayed. No snow these few days.
You could get a refund, but it's a little tricky if you're there after the train has already gone -- best to refund BEFORE it leaves.
That train arrives in Yiwu in the wee morning hours. I would rather stay the night in Shanghai then take a D train or a long-distance bus to Yiwu in the morning.

Take long distance airport shuttle bus at Binwang Bus Center. It will arrive at Pudong Airport.

Schedule: 09:30, 16:30
Cost: CNY 180
Time: about 4 hours

I suggest you take the bus that departs at 09:30.
