All female participants should take part in the written exam, interview, qualification competition. Only ten will advance to the final next year. In the contest, you have to make a speech and a talent show, and take part in the knowledge test etc. It reminds me of some show programmes, just like Super Girls and Super Boys. The requirements are very similar. Do you think it is a good idea to select cadres?
