I’m glad to receive your letter. I have apartments at Ao yun cun and Zhong guan cun and I planned to rent them out during Beijing Olympics.
One of the apartments locates at Da he zhuang yuan community in Zhong guan cun. It’s a serviced apartment, best-decorated, built in 2006, 20 minutes subway to the Olympic stadium.
The other locates at Ming tian di yi cheng community in Ao yun cun. It’s a common apartment, well-decorated, built in 2007, 20 minutes subway to the Olympic stadium.
The detailed location of the apartments will be showed more clearly in the pictures attached. Also the photos of the apartments will be sent.
About the rent duration, I need to tell you something. In Beijing, all the hotels, including family inns just accept the reservation of at least 18 days during the Olympic days. Therefore if you want a 10 days reservation, my apartments will have to be leaved unused during Olympics. Thus I need to make the explanation to you now in order not to delay your journey.
About the price, it’s 300$ per day, which is the average price during Beijing 2008 Olympics, as you have known. And the family inn near the Olympic stadium will charge you about 200$ per day. The two apartments are my possessions, so I can offer you a lower price. Meanwhile so as for a comfortable journey in Beijing, I will be glad to pick up you at the airport and help with all your schedules.
