In my opinion Maradona was the best. Better than anyone in the past, better than enyone now and better than anyone in the near future. Surely there will some day be someone who beats Maradona but he was so in his own level that I doubt we will see anyone like him.

However, Pele was a great athlete in every way, on the field and out, so he is my choise too. Diego, perhaps can be found from the bunch of 100 - 200.

Today C.R. is the best, the second best and the third like he has said himself, but perhaps just that is what puts him down.
