Please advice the best travel mode from Beijing to Ningbo

Full fare is 1180 RMB, amount of discount is dependent on what's available when you fly. If you're not travelling during a peak season, half price is quite reasonable to expect. Don't forget to add 150 RMB for taxes.
There're a few flights daily, on Hainan Airlines (HU), Air China (CA), China Southern (CZ) and China Eastern (MU). You didn't provide your date of travel so I can't list schedules.

How is possible to know the schedule of each existing flight from Beijing to Ningbo?

Figure on about 2 hours for the flight itself. Add 1 hour each way to travel to/from airports, and 1+ hour for checking in at airport, plus indeterminate amount of delay time.
Again, when do you plan to be travelling? Flight schedules are seasonal!

As I've often said, "best" is relative. I don't know if you prefer to save hassle, time or money.
There're no budget airlines flying on that route.
The only train takes 24h35min (K256/K257 0819--0854). Hard sleeper costs 355/367/379 RMB for upper/middle/lower bunk.

Hard sleeper costs 201/207/215 RMB; soft sleeper costs 313/326 RMB.

Yes, buses are available as well.

I am in Beijing, and I want to go to Guangzhou, and I looked on airchina website, and its a little expensive.. so would you recomend me a better way to go there? i mean by plane is the fastest way I know, but if there is a route by the fast train or smth can u let me know???
