| Do you like eating fish? Personally, I do not because most fishes have too many bones. But hairtail is not bad since it does not have many bones. You could do this dish by yourself with following instructions. Source: Dayang portal. Materials: a hairtail (544 grams), ginger (5 pieces), garlic and shallot. Seasonings to pickle hairtail: 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon soy, 1/2 tablespoon starch Seasonings to make soy sauce:1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon starch, 1 tablespoon soy. In addition, prepare one bowl of vegetable oil. Step one Cut hairtail into pieces (each piece is about 5 centimeters), add 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon soy and 1/2 tablespoon starch and mix them together. Then pickle hairtail pieces for 15 minutes. Cut ginger into five pieces, chop shallot and mince garlic. |

| Step five quick-fry shallot in the heated oil, add mixed soy sauce and hairtail pieces into the boiler. And then stew for five minutes (first with quick fire and then slow fire). |
