I have repeatedly answered no to driving convictions though I have minor offences for which I paid the fixed penalty. No court has convicted me of these offences. Even if you had ' a record' the chances are they would not be able to check it out. Interesting, that I did not have this qu even 2 weeks ago.

GUEST25214	yeh i think i'll just answer no to any question of that nature on visa aplications, and if they do check i can defend myself quite nicely. It not as if i'm applyign to go and work for a year! Thanks a lot for all the help guys, has been awesome!
