It is a trend that women wear scanty clothes. Both in China and other countries, women's clothes are becoming flimsy and shorter from long dress to mini-skirt. Today, women's dress usually can not hide the whole body. Women prefer wearing low-waisted breeches and low-collared dress exposing large parts of the cleavage.

I have heard that referred to as "butt cleavage" and like any fashion on some people it looks OK but some - Ugh!
