How to cope with Asian-Style Squat toilet?

GUEST16199 Was there a source of water close at hand? If there was you are expected to use that. Or bring your own paper.

GUESTJOHN Many places in Korea still have the squat toilets. What makes matters worse is that they do not wish to flush toilet paper away so they put their 'used' paper in a basket right next to the toilet. Luckily my trips and usage of public toilets are few in Korea.
