My parcel should be 19 august, from Shenzshen (China) to Bathgate (UK)
and today is 28 august and still no Shipping.
while on the homepage EMS China the status of my Shipping is shown as delivered:
"Your item was delivered(SHENZHEN) at 2013-08-27 15:50:00
Signed for by：OTHERS"
Contacted the Royal Mail and courier companies in UK, but no one confirmed the transfer of Shipping from EMS.
tracking is also not available because we do not possess in the database any data of any such consignment.
So how did the parcel was delivered if I did not get any shipping, and why is delivered to SHENZHEN?
please help what can I do now I tried calling the EMS but no one picked up the phone

GUEST56589	The sender gave you a wrong tracking number. Or you got scammed. Just contact him/her and ask what happened.

Case closed, the seller explained everything, was missing for some stamp on the Shipment and after 9 days they sent back back to the seller. After all finally know where these delays, thank you and best regards.
