You could take a flight from Cairo to Shanghai first, probably Pudong airport (it has more international flights than the Hongqiao airport).
Jiangsu is a province, which city in it are you heading for? Then, we may figure how you get there.

I want to visit companies in Suzhou,Jiangsu,Wuxi,Nanjing,Zhenjiang,Honzhou, Zongshan,Wenzhou,Chengu,Denyang,Ningbo,Donyang, Chongoing,Gungzhou. In one go which cities can i cover? Can you suggest a way to cover all the cities?

There is only one train from Shanghai to Yangzhou which departs at 10:38. But the train leaves from the Shanghai South Railway Station.

You will have more choices if you take bus. But you need get to Shanghai South Long Distance Bus Station which is very close to Shanghai South Railway Station. It costs CNY 107 and takes around 4 hours.

Bus schedule: 07:30, 8:30, 10:00, 12:30, 13:54, 15:54, 17:30.

From Yangzhou to Liyang, you need go to Yangzhou Bus Station(扬州汽车站) to take long distance bus. It costs CNY 50 and takes around 2 hours.

Bus schedule: 08:00, 15:40, 13:30.

Take subway line 2 to Hongqiao Railway Station and then take G trains from Shanghai to Nanjing. It takes around 1.5 hours. Ticket prices: CNY 140 for second class seat and CNY 220 for first class seat.
