Hi Tina, I live in a high grade compound. I rent this house for almost 2000 USD/month from january 2008-dec 2008. there are 4 BR, and there are 2 double BR left. 1 with own bathroom and 1 with share bathroom. both are 16 sqm, bed 180x150 cm and 180x200 cm.

there is a man from USA as well who rent another room from 4th-26th of august.

The compound is between dongzhimen and dongshisitiao subway. 10 minutes walking to the subways, walking distance to embassy area and sanlitun (the famous Beijing night life district). 20 minutes by taxi to the birdnest stadion (around 20-25RMB).
