![]() | I work in an office and on a PC all day, and your suggestions and cartoons are right on the mark. I even learned a few new techniques to keep from getting stiff. Also, just getting up and walking around for a minute or two every hour or so (if you can) helps physically and mentally. Thanks again for the tips! |
