I work in an office too, but I would get out of my office once in a while to go to the document room or to the plant. The long walks around the plant helps.

Absolutely right, but can you take a long walk during the working hour. Your boss don' t mind your absence from work for quite a while? If I take a long walk at the working hour, I would be fired.Hehe!

Nah. Walking inside the plant is part of my job if I need to talk to people about their job. We have an independent working environment.
