 | JimmyB, it won’t be sour if you don’t put a lot of tomatoes. For instance, instead of two tomatoes, just use one and use 3 eggs. Personally, I don’t like it soupy, so I don’t even put water on it. Just one tablespoon of canola oil and the juice from the tomato is enough! ^_^ |

| Thanks for your explanation, SHESGOTTOBE. We usually use rapeseed oil to cook. Peanut oil is also a good choice. |

| Canola oil is from rapeseed, JimmyB! It's just named canola because it was made in Canada. |
