I guess your parents must be very hard on you. They knew they needn't to scare you by telling a lie since you knew the rules they had set for you. If you didn't obey the rules, you wouldb e spanked. LOL!

Pretty much. Plus, they have knack for describing gory consequences if we do such and such and we know they are true. ^_^

Sounds horrible but how? Sometimes parents need to "threaten" their kids in order to get rid of their kids' bad habits.

Picking nose is very impolite, especially for girls.
