ok thats pretty cheap and quick , what if I want to stop off in kumming and check out some sights there , is that possible and how much for a hotel there?

I looked at a map and find it hard to believe that I can go from kuming to haikou in just over one and half hours , there must be some mistake there, it must take overnight or more

yes, you are right, i made a mistake that there is another city called haikou in Yunnan province near Kunming. so sorry~~
maybe only the previous route is practicable
