I was sweating about the chicken fillet. The only chicken fillet I know is a dish. O_o So I googled it too. Apparently, they are silicone, gel or rubber bra inserts that some women use to make their breasts look bigger. Oh boy, what will they think of next?

Thanks, Shesgottobe! No wonder I am confused about " the chicken fillet", I have never heard about it. Probably, " chicken fillet" is not on sale in China.
