Any good solutions to lose weight?

guestslimmer At this time of year, it's a big headache for me that stubborn fat that seems to have accumulated "unconsciously" over the winter. I don't want to try pills, let alone injections.My appetite is good, I don't want to eat less and go hungry. I just want to look fit and slim, but I don't want to resort to taking pills at the expense of my health. Do you have good tips? Can anyone share some secret recipes?

Slimmer....slimmer....
The only way to loose weight is to eat less and use more energy.
Eating less doesn´t mean being hungry, it means eating less calories.
There are no magic ways to loose weight healthy, neither there are no any useful secret recipes for it.
Nowadays people wants to look fit and slim but they don´t want to do anything about it.

- Eat more often, in smaller amounts; instead of 2 or 3 large meals, eat 5 to 6 small meals
- Eat foods with high nutritional value relative to carbohydrate (starch and sugar) and fat content
- Avoid animal fat and hydrogenated vegetable oils (margarines, butter substitutes, and oils used in processed food)
- Avoid salty foods
- Avoid eating right before going to bed
- Do light but long workout routines to burn fat

Don't eat the food which contain high calorie, and do more exercise.

I lose weight just by going to China, it just falls off me, I just wish it would stay that way.

To be fit and slim, don’t starve yourself. You will only crave more. Don’t deny yourself of your favorite foods but eat smaller portions. Exercise, exercise, exercise. You can get thin by dieting but thin is not fit. Fit means toned and curvaceous, not stick-straight and looking malnourished.
