| Slimmer....slimmer.... The only way to loose weight is to eat less and use more energy. Eating less doesn´t mean being hungry, it means eating less calories. There are no magic ways to loose weight healthy, neither there are no any useful secret recipes for it. Nowadays people wants to look fit and slim but they don´t want to do anything about it. | To be fit and slim, don’t starve yourself. You will only crave more. Don’t deny yourself of your favorite foods but eat smaller portions. Exercise, exercise, exercise. You can get thin by dieting but thin is not fit. Fit means toned and curvaceous, not stick-straight and looking malnourished. |
