JCNile123, I think you've just done a great job in making sure many people never visit Sanya. My god, how dull do your photos look?!

You have the opportunity to do better than I do and all you do is to say so many empty words about nothing.

I see it as the words of one poor decay and bitter man opinion.

All you can do is to say foolish words that mirror your self.

Therefore, I judge you; your words are the mirror of your soul.

Love the pics, JC! Yea, it reminds me of beautiful white sands back home. I'll definitely go there before I die. :-)

Thanks for the suggestion about volcano, Ibaussie. I will research on that and if it is on my way, I will drop by.

Thank you, thank you very much for all the suggestions. Ah, these pics make me want to go travel already!!!! ^_^

Based on my limited knowledge (some I've heard of only from friends):

Nightlife - Beijing, Shanghai
History - Beijing, Xi'an, Nanjing
Nature - Huangshan (and other parts of Anhui), Jiu Zhai Gou (Sichuan), Guilin,
Exploration - Nei Mongol (Inner Mongolia), Tibet, Xinjiang, parts of Sichuan
Others (mostly pretty cities) - Hangzhou, Suzhou, Qingdao

Do some research on your own to find which places suit you. Also, I fully understand why Davec advises that people go out of the cities. Many of the so-called must-see destinations, especially the ones that have undergone heavy restoration and redecoration, look and feel the same. I would love to explore China more, particularly the places that are not too touristy, where I can take pictures without seeing too many heads in my shots. If you are a first time China traveler and if you plan to go to one or two cities only, the must-sees are still must-sees, simply because China is so different. =)

JCNILE123. If you really consider my words to mirror my soul, then you would find me a humorous person. However, is it possible you can't find any humor in my words because you yourself are so dull (like your photos)?

i'll not say Beijing is the best.

not only the great wall, summer palace, tian'anmen square
but also the people, good one and bad one; the culture, old one and fashion one
beijing is a fantastic city,even it's dirty~~

Of course, I do find you humorous: I envision your humor as sort of an internet bully.
