Gary, I am thinking why not operate commercial rental business in downtown core as long as your net profit surplus interest on loan instead of maintaining ocean front property sucking your pocket. These days, chartered bk raise its benchmark in credit scores for loan due to subprime, it’s harder to get loan for starting biz.
