"The Chinese spend their holiday time sleeping." Haha, this is the way I spend my holiday. I don't know how to play mahjong. Perhaps, I need to learn to play it and then I won't feel bored during holiday time. Actually, I want to travel during the holiday but there are too many people during that time. So I give up this plan, just staying at home and watching TV or movies.

Well, I usually surf on the internet, watch DVDs or sleep during my holiday, to be exact, at weekends. Forgot to say, I also wash my clothes and clean my house.

Here in California, Chinese people spend holidays walking around outlet malls which is kind of funny because during holidays such as memorial day, most people are at home having a bbq, maybe that is how they get in on the deals.

Danny, how do you spend your holidays? Just do the same things as the Chinese people in California?

Hey Cherry, I am Chinese myself but I usually do what other ppl do and its usually like bbq or some event not related to the outlet mall.

Thanks for answering, Danny. BBQ is a good idea. In summer, I seldom go out because it is too hot outside though going shopping is my favourite.
