If you're new to China, there's one thing you cannot miss. Take a walk with a drinking friend. When you find Xinjiang guys (see pic) congregating and smell cumin and barbecue, you've found the perfect place to have a few beers and great meat. Grab a seat and order a few sticks of yang rou chuan (lamb sticks) and a few bottles of pijiu (beer).

Trust me--you'll be happy. =)

Lamb sticks? Delicious. In summer night, you can see many people sit by the stall chewing Yang Rou Chuan and drinking beer. Only you experience it, you will find it very exciting. For me, I only have Yang Rou Chuan. Beer is not my favourite.
