GUEST21254 I live in Spain and I can attest that this salad dressing is fabulous. It seems so simple, but I can't figure out what's in it either!

GUEST24327 I understand that the salad dressing used in Chinese Restaurants in Spain is made from the following:-
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
Pinch of Salt and
1 Tablespoon good quality Virgin Olive Oil

To make blend all the ingredients together.

I hope that you enjoy this dressing

GUEST13465 Exactly that!
We have had a similar dressing on our salad in our favourite chinese in Los Boliches, but never been told the 'secret' recepie even though we asked...
BUT..
we went to another chinese restauraunt (as our usual was closed for annual hols) and they happily told us that it was egg white etc..
I have just made some at home.
Lovely!
But added some coconut milk for a bit of extra taste.
Didn't try the oil as in suggestion below.. but will do now.
Almost there!

GUESTTINA To Deelightuk. The sauce is made with a special oil for example grape or some of the other specials some white vinegar and some fine sugar mixed and shaken or whirled, if i can remember right I hope this helps try some tests by mixing them.

Take a bowl, add the sugar, vinegar, sunflower oil, and a pinch of salt and agar then blend for about 3 to 4 minutes until white and creamy. As per my opinion, this one is in your bottle.
