Fried diced chicken with semen ginkgo!

Materials: 400 grams chicken, 250 semen ginkgo, 1/3 carrot, 100 grams kidney bean, 1 shallot and 2 ginger slices.

Marinade: 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/2 chicken powder, 1/2 egg white and 1 tablespoon starch.

Seasonings: 4 tablespoons edible oil, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon starch.

Step 1 Quick-boil kidney beans and semen ginkgo in boiling water for 2 minutes. Cut shallot into sections, ginger and carrot into shreds.

Step 2 Cut chicken into dices, marinade chicken dices with 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder, 1/2 egg white and 1 tablespoon starch for 15 minutes.

Step 3 Pre-heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, fry chicken dice with fierce heat.

Step 4 Add 1 tablespoon edible in, quick-fry ginger and carrot shred and shallot sections. Then put semen ginkgo and kidney beans in and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 5 Add fried chicken dices in and stir-fry for a second and then add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 cup of water and boil the mixture.

Step 6 Mix 1/2 tablespoon starch with 3 tablespoons water and pour starchy water in. Then stir-fry for a second.

Iceberg, what is semen ginkgo? I heard that it was also called 开心果 (Kai 1 Xin 1 Guo 3). Delicious but expensive! It is said that you shouldn't eat it too much since it is poisonous. The kidney bean is also poisonous. That is why we should quick boil them before eating.
