In the notice, it suggests that those who wear low-cut T-shirts or tank tops should take care on the bus because there are some guys who leer at you. When getting off the bus, better avoid stand at the backdoor since there is a camera on top of the gate. Such "guidance" has aroused heated discussions. At least I don't like it. In my view, the notice is very useful because it teaches girls to protect themselves. In addition, girls shouldn't wear too sexy clothes in summer otherwise you will be the target of those bad guys.
