Cold buckwheat noodles with squid!

Materials: a squid, 200 grams buckewheat noodles, 2 eggs, seaweed chips, 1 tablespon cooked white sesame and 2 pieces of ginger.

Marinade:1/6 tablespoon white pepper powder, 1 tablespoon rice wine and 1/5 tablespoon salt.

Seasonings: 4 tablespoons edible oil, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon oyster oil, 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1 tablespoon chili powder and 2 tablespoons vinegar.

Just have a look at it.

Step 1 Wash the squid, make "+" cuts on the surface and then cut them into chips, add 1/6 tablespoon white pepper powder, 1 tablespoon rice wine and 1/5 tablespoon salt in and marinade the squid for 15 minutes.

Step 2 Beat eggs, add 1/6 tablespoon salt and 3 tablespoons water and mix well, cut seaweed into shreds, mince ginger.

Step 3 Add 1 tablespoon salt in the boiling water, put buckwheat noodles in and boil with medium heat until boiling. When it is boiled, put them in cold water.

Step 4 Pre-heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, fry eggs with gentle heat. Then cut fried eggs into shreads.

Step 5 Add 1 tablespoon edible oil in, quick-fry minced ginger and put squid in and fry for 30 seconds. Then add 1 tablespoon oyster oil, 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1 tablespoon chilli powder, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1/5 tablespoon salt and 1 cup of water in and boil the mixture to make squid sauce.

Step 6 Put cold buckwheat noodles in a bowl, spread squid sauce, put fried egg shreds and seaweed chips and then spread white sesame over.

Hi Iceburg,
That looks like a tasty dish. I'm especially interested in the Buckwheat noodles as I cant' eat a lot of wheat noodles but I love noodles and pasta.

I use buckwheat a lot in other dishes, salads and cakes etc

I'll see if I can find some next time I'm out shopping

You do a great job of teaching these easy Chinese dishes if they are?? You must like cooking too?
