No.1 Chinese broccoli.

How to make it: 1. Wash and cut Chinese broccoli into sections.
2. Quick-boil Chinese broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute and then put them on ice for 10 minutes.
3. Eat with Wasabi and soy sauce.

No.2 Iced bitter gourd.

Ingredients: Kimchi sauce, fried minced garlic, white rice vinegar, white sugar, Chicken essence, salt and MSG.

How to make it:
1. Wash bitter gourd, get rid of the seeds and cut them into pieces.
2. Quick-boil bitter gourd pieces in boiling water for 1 minute, put them in cold water for 5 minutes and then add the ingredients abobe and mix them very well.
3. Time to eat it.

No.3 bailer shell.

How to make it:
1. quick-boil bailer shells in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, put them in cold water for 5-6 minutes.
2. Eat them with Japanese Wasabi and soy sauce.

No.4 Shrimps.

How to make it: wash and unshell shrimps, put them on ice for 7 to 8 minutes and then eat with Japanese Wasabi and soy sauce.

Wasabi? I don't like it. BBQQ, are there any other seasoning instead of Wasabi? By the way, I haven't eaten raw shrimps before. Worth trying!
