GUEST64056	This discussion was started at 2008, right? Some of you said that the reason was in the difficulty of finding public toilets... I have a point that I have observed while living here in china, spesifically in the Guangdong area. Why the hell do the parents let their children pee out if they are wearing diapers. I swear that I have seen more than 200 cases where the parents will make the children take off their diapers and let them pee before putting it back. This is all in 2015 only... so much modernization happening... now public peeing with style...
