Baby octopus and squid! Ate it almost every day in Yeosu, so Korea. The fun begins when you have "moving octopus" or sometimes called live octopus. You know it is fresh when is squirms all over your bowl! You must chew hard on the suckers so as not to choke. My friend ate it, but I could not. I ate one other moving fish though..
