No.1 Fried asparagus with walnut

Materials: 300 grams fresh asparagus and 60 grams walnut.

Seasonings: 15 ml edibile oil, 10 grams salt, some pepper powder, 10 ml starchy water and 20ml Shao wine (Chinese rice wine).

How to make it:

1. Get rid of skin of walnut meat.

2 Wash asparagus, pre-heat edibile oil, stir-fry asparagus quickly and then add salt and starchy water in.

3,Put walnut meat in, add Shao wine, spread pepper powder over asparagus and walnut meat.

4. Put them on a plate and then you can enjoy it.

No.2 Asparagus soup.

Materials: 100 grams asparagus, some light cream, 50 grams flour and 20 grams butter.

Seasonings: 15 grams salt, 1000 ml well-stewed (chicken) soup and some minced parsley.

How to make it:

1 Wash asparagus, get rid of the butts and then dice them.
2 melt butter in the pan, fry flour and add soup in.
3 When boiling, add salt and put asparagus dices in and then boil them together.
4 When it is done, pour asparagus soup in a bowl, decorate with light cream and minced parsley.

No.3 Salad.

Material: 100 grams asparagus.

Seasonings: 40 grams salad dressing and 15 ml brandy.

How to make:

1 Cut asparagus into sections, quick-boil them in boiling water and put them in cold water for a while. Then take them out.

2 Add 15 ml brandy into 40 grams salad dressing to make sauce.

3 Put asparagus on a plate and spread the sauce over it.
