Probably the best option, or the best legal option, would be to have a degree in any field, get a TEFL certificate and teach English legally in China. After five years of doing this while being married to your Chinese national spouse, they should give you a green card, but that's a big maybe. Maybe they'll give you a green card, maybe they won't.
