| Douzhi (fermented bean drink) is a very popular snack in Beijing. Many Beijingese like drinking it very much. Since Beijing Olympic Games is coming, Beijing locals want to introduce it to the foreigners. Thus, they translate it into Beijing Coke in English. However, many people object to "Beijing Coke". Why? Douzhi has nothing to do with coke. What do you think of "Beijing Coke? Can you accept it? Douzhi, salt vegetable and Jiaoquan are what Beijingese usually eat at breakfast. Look at Douzhi and salt vegetable. |

| Douzhi is quite nutritious actually. It is a favourite drink for breakfast in China (not only in Beijing). Just like western people prefer to drink milk in the morning, Chinese used to have Douzhi in the morning. It is a traditional snack! Welcome foreign friends to taste it and feel the Chinese tradition. |

| Well, I guess that you mean soybean milk is drunk by many Chinese. Soybean milk is different from Douzhi. You see, Douzhi is fermented ground bean soup. By the way, Douzhi is "smelly". These are Soybean milk. |
