Four kinds of steamed cold noodles in Shaanxi!

Steamed cold noodles (Liang 2 Pi 2) is a famous snack in Shaanxi Province. To be specific, there are four kinds of steamed cold noodles.

No.1 Hanzhong Mi 3 Mian 4 Pi 2, which is made of rice.

No.2 Qin 2 zhen 4 Mi 3 Mian 4 Pi 2. It is similar to Hanzhong Mi Mian Pi. The main difference is that the seasonings used to flavour the Mi Mian Pi. The chilli oil to flavour the Mi Mian Pi tastes delicious.

No.3 Ma 2 Jiang 4 Liang 2 Pi 2 (Steamed cold noodles with sesame paste). It is made of wheat.

No. 4 Bao 3 Ji 1 Gan 3 Mian 4 Pi. It is a bit harder than Mi Mian Pi.

Well, I prefer Bao Ji Gan 3 Mian Pi but less chilli oil.
