It is reported that China Mobile and the Metro Co. in Guangzhou have cooperated to offer "cellphone paying Metro fare service" to the public. People just need to go to the China Mobile's outlets to change their SIM cards. Then they can use their cellphones to pay for the subway ticket. However, only China Moblie's Gotone users can use this service. Just put your cellphone above the charging zone on the gateway service and then you will hear "beep" from your cellphone. That suggests you have paid successfully.
