my husbands breakfast tomato and eggs?

My husband recently came back from northern china (qingdao) and got addicted to a chinese breakfast dish that had tomatos and eggs, is anyone familiar with this dish? maybe could provide a recipe ^___^? i would ask him the name of the dish but i want ot cook this as a surprise for him =]

oh, that's strange , i am a Chinese in north China ,but i heard little about a dish combined tomatoes and egges , are they just simply fried together ?

MICKLEARNTOROCK, you must have heard of 西红柿炒鸡蛋(scrambled eggs with tomatos). I think that Shivah didn't mean scrambled eggs with tomatos. Nothern Chinese people seldom have fried dishes in the morning.

come on ,bbqq ,note that ,it's "dish" ,not soup .but one point you are right ,we north people don't have scrambled tomato and eggs as the breakfast dish . so now i know how difficult for cross-culture exchange
