| The summer time is great for losing weight. Why? Girls wants to show their slim bodies and wear T-shirts. My friends just eat fruits instead of dinner to lose weight and water melon is her favourite. You see, it tastes sweet and can free you from summerheat as well as helping you lose weight (Her opinion). However, I read a report which says that water melon couldn't help you lose weight. On contrary, the more water melon you eat, the fatter you get. According to the physical fitness instructors, half a water melon (about 2.5 kilograms) contains 680 calories, which equals 3 bowls of rice. On the other hand, it contains too much sugar. If you eat more water melon, the sugar might transform into fat in your body. Maybe it make you fatter. Do you eat many water melons in summer? If so, better eat fewer and fewer. |

| My God. No wonder I have found that I have a big belly now. Somebody here can tell me how to reduce my belly? Hmmm, that baby in the pic looks very cute. |
