When washing the peaches, I find that it is hard to get rid of the fuzz on the peach. If the fuzz sticks to your skin, you will feel quite uncomfortable. After searching on the ninternet, I have found three ways to get rid of the fuzz. 1. First soak the peaches in the water. Then spread some salt on the skin and scrub the peaches. Finally wash them in clean water. 2. Use a brush to brush away the fuzz on the peaches and then wash them in brine. 3. Soak the peaches in alkaline water for a while. You will find that the fuzz disappears.

Why not peel them? An old advertisement in the UK for an electric razor featured peaches being shaved....but I have never tried it. Personally, I now seldom eat peaches..... the whole thing about a peach is that it should be lush and juicy, with the juice running down your chin, but these days they are all picked so early they are as crisp as apples...revolting!

I like crisp peaches and apples. As for juicy peaches, I don't like them. I just think they have gone bad. Peeling peaches is a good idea. You see, the farmers have spread much pesticide on them. It is better to peel its skin before eating them. The problem is that people seldom peel the peaches. They just peel apples.
