| Materials: pork chops (500 grams), 3 slices of ginger,1 tablespoon minced spring onnion and some garlic, 3 eggs and 5 tablespoons flour. Marinade: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1/5 tablespoon white pepper powder, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon starch. Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 4 tablespoons white vinegar, 2 tablespoons white sugar and 3 tablespoons ketchup. Step 1 Wash the pork chops and cut it into sections. Add in 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1/5 tablespoon white pepper powder, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon starch and then mix them very well and marinade for one hour. |
