sir,
i am reaching to shanghai (from delhi) on 29th at 8.30pm.
i have seen that there is a train (k8401/k8404) to wenzhou. and the train leaves shanghai south at 23.57 pm and reaches at 9.12am on the next day. can i get advance reservation? if not how to get the ticket as i wll reach the station only around 10.30pm after finishing check out formalities at shanghai airport. if i could not get the train ticket, what other steps are there to reach wenzhou like to get sleeper bus etc., ? Pl help me in this regard
it was also observed that the above train is taking about 1 hour 43 minutes for qingtain to wenzhou (about 57 KM's), why?

Actually, there are many bullet trains from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Wenzhou South Railway station in the day time, which takes less than 5 hours.
Well, you could buy the ticket of k8401/k8404 after arriving at the South Railway Station. If the tickets are sold out, you could walk to Shanghai South Long-distance Bus station to take a bus (the last one departs at 2255) to Wenzhou.

You can take a bus or train from Shanghai to reach Jiaxing first, and then take a city bus or taxi to your final destination.
