Do you mean the Xinshi Village in Huzhou city of Zhejiang? If so, there is one depart from Shanghai Qiujiang long-distance bus station at 0550 and the other one depart from Shanghai south long-diastance bus station at 0945 (need further confirmation with the bus station). The duation time is about 4 hours.

About the returning schedule, you can confirm after arrivaing there. I haven't found the info online.

By train: there are many D trains between Wenzhou South Railway Station and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station.

Only does one train (K8401/K8404) run between Shanghai South Railway Station and Wenzhou Railway Station.

By bus: there are buses between Wenzhou New South Bus Station(温州新南站) and Shanghai South Long Distance Bus Station.
