If there isn't flight to Hangzhou, you need to fly to Shanghai first, and then transfer to Zhuji.

I will be reaching in Shanghai Pudong International Airport on 13th Feb, 0650 and will need to go to:

Taizhou Huangyan Minfeng Cap Machinery Factory
Dazha Rd, Jiangkou, Huangyan Economic Development Zone, Taizhou
Zhejiang 318020

I had tried looking up in the internet where it say that I need to go to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway station but my supplier told me to take a train from Shanghai South Railway station. So would really appreciate if you can help answer some of my question.

1) Which railway station to go and how to go there from Shanghai Pudong Airport.

2) How to I get the train ticket, do I need to book in advance?

3) What is the total travelling time from airport to train station and from Shanghai to Taizhou(Zhejiang).

Because the supplier will pick me up in Taizhou train station and I would like to provide them the estimate timing I will reach.

KAHHUP, you need go to Shanghai Hongqiao railway station to take D trains to Taizhou, Zhejiang.

If you take the subway line 2 from Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Railway station, you will spend about 1 hour and 50 minutes.

It takes about 4 hours from Hongqiao Railway Station to Taizhou by train. There are many trains from Hongqiao Railway Statio to Taizhou. I think you needn't book the train ticket in advance.
