Forgot to say that Emily was an anchor of Texas station KAMC. when she was introducing a sport bulletin in the morning, her boyfriend Matt Laubhan, a meteorologist, came in and knelt down to her, asking if she'd like to marry him. She was too surprised and excited to cry. She cried out "Yes" many times before Matt slipped the ring on her finger. What a romantic and impressive proposal! The whole country witnessed that Emily's boyfriend proposed to her. Wish them happy forever.

Asking for proposal is a personal thing, He shouldn't make use of a live programe to do this. As for me, I don't want to be interrupted by somebody's personal show when watching the news.
