Have you booked your flight yet? There are some good deals through KLM/Air France to HK right now. The return flights are at respectable times too.

I booked my flight in september, through British airways. cost me £50 less than my last trip.
Only problems I got was visa has increased in price and the exchange rates are rubbish, british pound is worth almost nothing now
