| Right now, a new banana diet craze is sweeping Japan. It is said that eating banana can help lose weight so girls are crazy about bananas. In the supermarket, it is hard for you to find bananas. They are out of stock. Even the monkeys in the zoo can't eat their favourite bananas. The zoo keepers have no other ways except feeding those monkeys apples. Luckily, the monkeys are not particular about their food. They eat apples as well. Banana really has magic powder to help you lose weight? |

Banana may not help you lose weight but perhaps won't make you gain fat either. A person who has diabetes ailment needs to be careful not to consume more than a banana a day.
